Cooper Elliott
So here's what happened. It all started on Sat night. Remember I posted on facebook about having a gallbladder attack?? Well I think that is what got it all started. It was a pretty intense attack. It ended about 8:30 then I helped Chad bag our 40 LBS of chicken, then went to bed. around 12:30 I woke up feeling another attack starting so I got up got comfortable in my chair and was gearing up for a long night. Close to 1am the attack seemed to be gone but I kept having menstrual cramps, about every 10 min. So I woke Chad up and told him I "think" I was having contractions. The reason I say "I think" is because with all of my other boys I never really had them. My water would break I would go in have 2 contractions and babies are here. So anyway, around 2am I was able to go back to bed but I didn't sleep at all because I was still feeling the cramps but instead of coming and going it was just "there". So on Sunday Chad took the boys to Stake Conference, I stayed home still feeling the same. I was up all night again Sunday night. I was getting up about every 20 min with cramps and having to go potty and roll over etc.....Monday rolls around I'm still feeling yucky but we went to the library and some things, then about 4:45 I called The Baby Place to check in. I had no idea what to think because again, I've never felt this before. I talked with Holly and told her I think I've been having contractions she told me to time them and such. But again they didn't "hurt" like what you hear others talk about, so I didn't know. So around 8pm I called Amy and told her she should probably come over to be with the boys and I called The Baby Place again and told Jerusha that they seem to be coming about every 5 min but not lasting long. She said to go ahead and come down and she will take a look. So we did (got there just before 9) and then I got in trouble lol....Jerusha checked me and said I should have gone down hours ago lol. I was already at 7cm 100% and 0 station. So we just proceeded I sat in the chair contracting like I had been at home. Around midnight I was super tired from not sleeping all weekend. My water still hadn't broke and I was starting to get annoyed. I had totally forgotten what it felt like to push because again I don't do labor normally. So Holly told me what I would feel. Just after 1am I was done I felt the slightest possibility to push (probably should/could have waited another contraction ) Chad went and got the crew and I moved to the Birthing stool. 1 push broke my water YAY there was hope lol. I started pushing. after 1 push Jerusha stopped me. There was a slight problem. She had me push again and the little stinker was trying to come out hands first. His right arm was across his chest and his hand was up by his cheek. It took a little more effort then the other boys but still only about 5 min of pushing. He got here and was having a rough time clearing his lounges. He had lots of bruising on his face (poor little guy) But other wise we're all doing great. He was born at 1:14am on Nov 9th We came home at 10am that morning. He was 8lbs 10oz, 21 1/2 inches long and his head was 14 1/8 (plus the arm in the way) He has LOTS of super DARK hair. The other boys had little bit of hair that was slightly dark but nothing like this.
I will post more pics later.

Baby Gifts.
Also, I will be making the nursery set. SO I am also accepting donations or JoAnns gift cards so I can buy Fabric. Since they are being used to buy Fabric for the baby it will work great for a baby gift!
If you want to hand make something, I've seen some fun things for the car seat. One is a blanket that the seat belt straps go through so after you buckle the baby he's already in a blanket you just have to swaddle Him. And then another one I saw was a blanket that goes over the car seat but it had straps on the top to fasten it to the handle so the blanket/cover wont come off.
Anyway, We're grateful for anything but like I said we already have so much.
So far the only registry I've created is at walmart. and you can view it online and even buy it and have it shipped (I think)
Love you all, Maybe the next one will be a girl so then we can all go shopping for LOTS of PINK!

Stained Glass???
We had a good day off on Sat after him being gone all week. We bought him a little camp trailer for him to stay in at work. I think it will be a lot more comfortable then the back of his truck. The boys missed him while he was gone so they were happy he was home. But it was short lived because he went back to work today *sigh* but at least inventory is over and he is back on his rotation. So he wont be gone NEARLY as long.
I'm going to spend tomorrow and Tuesday dong the basics dishes, laundry, homework, etc....but I'm not going to overdue it again. It took a few days to feel better after last week. Geez I'm such a wimp.
Anyway, Thanks for reading my pointless random thoughts. I don't get many face to face visits so this is my "adult conversations" lol...Really by typing it on here it doesn't seem "so much" that I'm just talking to myself.

Aww Crap!
I don't know if anyone ever reads my blog (I know Katy does but that's only because I call her and tell her to go look) Anyway, We got off to a rough start this morning. For some reason the kids think they need to be up before the sun (so hard for me when that happens) So we get up and get started with the normal, get dressed, Carsyn started with homework, I'm deciding where to begin "my stuff" then all of a sudden I got really hot, light headed, dizzy, and really felt the need to throw up. So I sat down in the chair hoping it would help. Every time I closed my eyes it got worse. after about 20 min I finally couldn't hold back to I ran to throw up. I'm still really sick to my stomach, dizzy when I turn fast, and just not doing well today. I'm trying to think of what could have brought this on.
- I've worked way too hard these last few days.
- The bacon I had for breakfast was a little too questionable
- Stress/lack of sleep
- being 31.5 weeks pregnant
- All of the above.
I will try and take it easy today and we'll get back to the list tomorrow.

A Busy Week Ahead.
Carsyn's school. I'm excited to get started with this. Not only do I love the school we have him in but I'm also adding things to the curriculum. He's going to learn Sewing, Scrapbooking, cooking, Wood Working with Chad and we're having him do more reading from the Book of Mormon. I'm so proud of him. He's only supposed to be a 2nd grader in regards to his age but he is going to do 3 rd grade work and 4th grade math. He did his Math assignment on Friday and he gets to skip 24% of the work because he already knows it.
Corbyn, I don't know what to say about Corbyn, he is so eager to learn but I will definitely have to teach it in a different way. But for starters he needs to get his alphabet and numbers down. He's got his colors and shapes So we're off to a good start. Last year I noticed that every time I did homework with Carsyn, Corbyn always ran and got flash cards or a book or something. So this year I made him his own "School Binder" We filled it with alphabet coloring pages and numbers and some other things that he can do for his home work.
So we will see how we do this week regarding school,
The goals I have for myself to do this week to just get caught up is, Mow the back yard, Make cover pages for the boys' binders, get the garage put back together (I have some more scrapbooking items to move) so I can park in there again, get the laundry caught back up. I usually keep it to the point where I only have to wash 1 load a day, but I'm really behind. I need to make some long over due Thank You cards. and get my Visiting Teaching cards made. Run to Walmart for a few items and clean up the pantry.
So I ask again, Will I be able to hold it together, or will I fall hard?
I'm going to miss Chad so much. I hate how he can't come home every night. But it's a sacrifice that has to be made for our family. And I know other Families have it a lot worse. I feel blessed.
